Yes. The writing is where I’m in my brilliance and what sets me apart. While many web designers send a questionnaire or expect clients to write their own copy, I see that as a big missed opportunity.

Instead, we move through a customized interview process that uncovers who you are, what you really offer, and the inner landscape of the people you serve.

From there, I synthesize these insights and craft your strategic brand messaging and website copy, weaving in best practices I’ve learned from years of design, marketing, and storytelling. The editing process is collaborative, meaning I seek your review and we revise until it’s exactly right.

Branding and web design can vary widely in cost depending on a designer’s experience, the depth of the process, and whether writing and strategy are included. On the low end, you’ll find inexpensive designers and template-based services—but those typically don’t offer brand clarity, custom design, or copywriting, and often leave therapists with websites that feel generic, unpolished, and misaligned. On the other end are agencies charging $10k–$30k, often with teams of specialized professionals—of which you only communicate with your Account Manager.

My work sits in the middle: highly skilled, deeply personalized, and grounded in over 70 brand and website projects—all without the overhead of an agency. I provide an in-depth discovery process, strategy, graphic design, copywriting, and custom design from start to finish all in-house (aka done by me). My projects often start at $4,000, with most clients investing around $6,000 for a comprehensive brand and website that’s thoughtful, strategic, and built to grow with you.

First step is to schedule an initial free consultation to get to know each other and discuss your needs. Then, I will scope the project and provide you with a Statement of Work that includes pricing.

Typically, projects span about 12 weeks from start to finish. This timeline allows the depth of your brand to unfold naturally and gives us space to explore, create, review, and refine with intention. It’s a thoughtfully paced process—structured enough to maintain momentum, yet spacious enough for the work to breathe and for both of us to attend to our other responsibilities.

Yes. All of my websites are built on Squarespace or Kajabi, both of which offer intuitive, user-friendly backends. Once your site is launched, you’ll have full ownership and the ability to make edits whenever you need.

Many of my clients still choose to hand off ongoing updates to me, which offers them confidence in knowing their website is maintained with precision, consistency, and ease. I’m delighted to offer this service at my hourly rate as updates are needed.
